ROW BOAT PLANS Row Boat plans are $135.00 + shipping charges of $15.00. Canada shipping cost $20.00 Outside the USA shipping charges are $30.00. This price includes the 36 " x 3" mailing tube, postage and handling charges. Plans include full size drawings, instruction book, and my help and advice any time needed during building process.
